How do you cook an egg perfectly every time? There’s nothing more disappointing than cutting into your poached egg to find a solid yolk or having your fried egg spill over the whole pan. That’s where our range of JosephJoseph egg devices come in!
Makers Department studied the science behind each cooking method and did a series of EGG-periments (see what we did there) to come up with three nifty products that ensure you get perfect eggs every time. Fabio Salvador and Pedro Carrasco, Industrial designers from Makers Department, spent many hours cracking yolks and ate more eggs than they care to admit over the course of the project. DUO Set of 2 Silicone Egg Rings
The latest addition to JosephJoseph’s collection! Featuring a leak and heat–resistant design, this set of silicone egg rings produce perfectly round eggs with every use. With a convenient design, the rings are colour–coded, feature easy–lift tabs to safely remove the rings from the pan and are stackable for compact storage.
Poach Pro Egg Poachers
This inventive design allows you to cook professional-style poached eggs in water, without the mess. The two-piece design effectively creates a cling-film/plastic-wrap pouch, which neatly holds the raw egg as it cooks, ensuring an even shape and a mess-free pan. What’s more, the pouch allows you to infuse your eggs with other flavours, such as herbs and spices, whilst cooking for a delicious alternative to traditional poached eggs.
Froach Pods™
Introducing an entirely new and healthier way to cook eggs. Froach Pods™ combine both frying and poaching in one revolutionary design, which uses up to 95% less oil than regular frying. The design uses water to steam the top of the egg and has easy-lift tabs to remove them from the pan once the eggs are cooked.
